My Approach – Walking Beside You

The tools I use to support your journey back to yourself.

Your story is unique, and your sessions should be, too. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. My work is rooted in listening—to your words, your body, and your whole being—then responding to what's needed in the moment. We might use a combination of coaching, energy work, breath, and movement, or simply hold space in quiet presence. Most often, it is a blend, to offer what serves you best.

Coaching

Coaching is a partnership built on trust. We begin by gently exploring the areas where you feel stuck or blocked. This process isn't about fixing you; it's about uncovering the truth and wisdom you already hold within. Together, we work on setting boundaries, finding your voice, and stepping into a more confident and grounded way of living. This practice often pairs beautifully with energy or breath work, but it's powerful on its own.

Energy Work

Energy sessions invite you to simply arrive as you are. We begin by setting an intention, and then I connect as an intuitive—listening for the guidance, messages, or images that come through. Sessions are quiet, lasting around 45–60 minutes, and often leave space for both stillness and reflection. Afterward, we take time to ground and share anything that feels important. Energy work can stir a range of emotions, but always with the intention of bringing alignment and healing.

Breath & Movement

Our bodies hold so much—sometimes more than we realize. When strong emotions surface, breath and gentle movement help us restore balance. These practices are not only part of our time together, but tools you can take into your daily life. A simple breath can become a way home to yourself, no matter where you are.

Intuition

Intuition has been a quiet guide throughout my life—leading me across the ocean, through major transitions, and into the work I do today. I honor it as a gift, and it flows into everything I offer, from coaching and energy work to creating mindful living spaces. My intuition isn't a separate skill; it's a part of the fabric of how I walk alongside you.
